15 years of marketing experience towards institutional investors in Scandinavia

Swedish by birth, Johan Nylund , the founder of Sound Capital, was educated at City University in London, UK, and holds a BBA in Finance. Johan spent 12 years of his professional life at investment banks in London, including NatWest Markets, JPMorgan Chase and BNP Paribas, marketing structured derivatives to institutional investors in Scandinavia and Northern Europe. During this time, he also successfully invested his own capital in listed securities as well as private equity (mainly start-ups). Johan serves on the Board of Directors of Tailsweep (www.tailsweep.com) and Compricer (www.compricer.se).

Recently, Johan moved back to Sweden with his family, and founded Sound Capital in 2009. Altogether, he has 15 years of experience marketing investments to institutional investors in Scandinavia.

In his spare time, Johan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, skiing and hiking in the Alps and weekend getaways to the Stockholm Archipelago.
